1. SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF SERVICE

Shrink wrapping is a temporary protective covering intended to reduce exposure to snow, rain, debris, and ultraviolet light during storage. Shrink wrap is not airtight, watertight, climate-controlled, or a moisture-elimination system. No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding interior or exterior vessel conditions.

2. CUSTOMER PREPARATION & CONDITION OF VESSEL

Customer affirms the vessel has been properly prepared prior to wrapping, including cleaning, drying, removal of personal items, and proper winterization. Contractor does not inspect or verify vessel condition or preparation.

3. MOISTURE, MOLD, MILDEW & CORROSION

Mold, mildew, odors, corrosion, and moisture damage result from pre-existing or trapped moisture. Shrink wrap does not prevent or guarantee against these conditions. Ventilation vents do not remove moisture or guarantee airflow. Contractor assumes no responsibility for moisture-related damage.

4. WEATHER, WIND & ACTS OF GOD

Contractor is not liable for damage caused by snow load, ice, wind, storms, freeze–thaw cycles, falling debris, or other acts of God, even if shrink wrap loosening or failure occurs.

5. STRUCTURAL & COSMETIC DAMAGE

Contractor is not responsible for scratches, abrasion, pressure points, gel coat wear, oxidation, fading, stress cracks, or damage related to vessel design, accessories, or protrusions.

6. ANIMALS, RODENTS & INSECTS Shrink wrap does not prevent entry by rodents, insects, birds, or animals. Contractor is not responsible for damage or contamination caused by pests.

7. THEFT, VANDALISM & THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS

Shrink wrap is not a security device. Contractor assumes no responsibility for theft, vandalism, tampering, or unauthorized access.

8. STORAGE LOCATION & HANDLING

Contractor is not responsible for damage caused by storage location, ground moisture, flooding, improper blocking, trailering, or lift placement. Any modification or opening of the wrap voids all liability.

9. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Shrink wrap installation is deemed accepted upon completion of service.

10. AUTHORIZATION & ACCEPTANCE BY CONDUCT

Customer understands and agrees that authorization of services, verbal approval, electronic approval, payment, scheduling, or permitting work to be performed constitutes full acceptance of this Disclaimer and all terms herein, regardless of whether this document is physically signed.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Contractor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for shrink wrap services. No indirect or consequential damages are assumed.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Shrink Wrapping MN from all claims arising from vessel condition, preparation failures, storage conditions, or environmental exposure.

13. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
